Executive House Apartments at 411 Waupelani Drive, State College, Pennsylvania.

We're really happy we ended up at Executive House. The location is so convenient with the bus line, stores nearby, and the park and bike path right down the street and its easily the best price for where it is. The property manager has been incredible with being attentive to various needs and just being helpful in many other capacities! The maintenance staff works hard to fix anything that comes up typically within a day or two of being notified and has done an awesome job with plowing and shoveling snow quickly and efficiently. The building is also quiet all the time which makes for a good quality of life. While some of the units are dated, it's clear that they are actively working towards updating and improving the living spaces; for example, before moving into our unit it was obvious that they had just installed new carpets, new flooring in the hallway and kitchen area and new windows/sliding door and we recently viewed another unit with a recently renovated bathroom. Definitely recommend it.
