Rude staff and owner. Refused a request to see a state ordinance in writing, refused to give me their pen dot operating license number. Owner welcomed me to contact penndot and the Better Business Bureau. He also told me "it's not worth eleven people losing their jobs because I want this done now".
Three trips to this location to purchase a $400 vehicle that I wasn't even driving...just a private sale. I was refused service because I have an out of state license. I informed them I was not registering it in PA, that I was buying it and towing it to a shop for repairs.
Two days earlier I was told by their employee that the state is two months behind on birth certificates, yet no one was aware of that fact today. She also was aware I had an out of state license yet never told me I'd need a PA ID to have the vehicle titled here.
I still need to buy two birth certificates, transfer three titles, register four vehicles and a boat, but I will never spend another dime at this location. Purchased a AAA membership for better customer service.
